If items aren't redeemed within the agreed timeframe, they become part of our retail inventory and are sold in the shop. We handle all items with care and respect, and we always communicate clearly about deadlines and extension options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We provide immediate cash payment for gold sales and buyback services. We also offer bank transfers if you prefer. All transactions are quick and straightforward—no waiting, no delays.
Do you offer interest-free installments?
Yes! For retail purchases from our secondhand shop, we offer interest-free installment plans. Pay just 20% upfront, and spread the balance over 12 weeks with no interest charges. It's an affordable way to own the quality items you love.

What ID do I need to bring?
For selling gold or using our buyback service, please bring a valid photo ID and proof of address. This is required by law and helps us keep transactions transparent and secure for everyone.

We're open Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. We're closed on Sundays. Visit us during these times or call ahead if you have specific questions.
